About the course.

This 3.5 day workshop will focus on landscape plein-air painting. Students will have the opportunity to paint directly from nature.

Participants can choose to either paint small sketches of different elements of the surrounding landscape or develop a multi-day plein-air painting step by step.

The class will discuss composition, value, shape design, drawing, color, atmospheric perspective, painting techniques and materials for plein-air painting. Group demos and individual critiques will be provided.
